Birthday Concerts

Mom and Dad know how to celebrate birthdays! That same weekend that we bought the Christmas Tree, I turned four-months old! Not only did we get to go to Linvilla and then decorate our own Christmas Tree, but we also went to a lovely concert. Over the Rhine!
We listen to them a lot, and Mom says we saw one of their concerts in June, but I don't remember that.

Back when I turned two-months old, it was off to a Damien Jurado concert. Oh, and Rosie Thomas as the opening act. We only got a picture of Senior Jurado and his band, though.For those of you keeping score at home, we were out in California for Aunt Bethany's wedding around my one-month birthday. And my three-month birthday was on Election Day. Not too much fun for me, but boy did those poll workers get a kick out of me!

Mom and Dad say there are lots of Christmas traditions to learn about. One of their favorites is getting a Christmas tree. I already liked Linvilla, but when I heard that's where we were going to get my first tree, I was very excited. There were a lot to pick from, but I think we got a good one. Dad got the tree ready for its stand. I made sure all the lights worked. Then we all hung ornaments on the tree. Fun for the whole family!
