Planning is half the fun!
Our multi-state many-week Christmas holiday began as soon as we returned from our Thanksgiving trip out East. The advent workshop at our Church is a perennial favorite for us. This year I got to make candles. And wear awesome pigtails!

Of course we got a tree, and put it here:
We decorated it.
I made this Santa hat and beard with Mom. I even got to use the sewing machine!
We have more stockings than Santa could ever fill up on Christmas night, so I put these spares to good use.
Our church told the Nativity Story with a journey from our Church through our neighborhood to another neighborhood Church. We got to act in the Story too - I was a sheep - and do lots of singing. It was great!
AND Mom and I went to see the Nutcracker. I sat through all three hours and was still perky at the end and ready to try out the ballet steps I learned.
Stay tuned for photos of actual Christmas Day festivities and Christmas Part 2 in Texas.
