My Smile.

My smile is a great big open-mouthed grin. I don't know where I learned to make such a joyful face, but it's wonderful and contagious and it thrills Mom, Dad and Big Sister. What do you think?

A Day at a Play

A.K.A. "They made Goodnight Moon into a Play?!: A Two-and-a-half-year-old's Dream Come True"

I graduated from board books a while ago. Reciting my favorite literature (eg: "My Numismatist friend has told me of late, that it might come from the Spanish Pieces of Eight...") is high on the list of amazing tricks I perform to keep Mom, Dad and Little Pea entertained.

But this sweet book, re-imagined into a musical, was a thrill-a-minute for me. I loved the tap-dancing bunnies, the talking clock, the cow jumping over the moon actually jumping over the moon.

We met friends there, which revved me up even more. And to top it off we went to St. Cupcake and I got my pick of these desserts (I chose the purple one). Of the 30 or so pictures Mom took of me, these are the only ones in which I am not a blur. And June, unable to partake of the cupcakes, napping beside another Little Sister.
